really feel so dumb.kohjinsha has a build in factory restore status; which means i could have done the recovery myself instead of sending it away for 1 week just for them to do what i could have done. interesting thing is; that pa mart also didnt know that it came with it either; since i guess usually we have to enter vista before we can do factory restore. kohjinsha even has a build in ghost image thing so they didnt have to try to use acronis. before doing anything; ive learnt my lesson; to read the manual. haha.
