i finally managed to answer my secret google qn which was keeping me from accessing my google account. the lessons i learnt from this is:
1. NEVER make hotmail your password recovery email account. hotmail to gmail and gmail to hotmail has problems. i couldnt even receive the recovery email from gmail in my hotmail account
2. never use free domains. co.cc just introduced an expiry date on your domain unless you pay a 'donation' amount
3. Always have two gmail accounts and give your other account access to yr blogger blog. just in case you cant access one, you can use the other account to access.
