applied for www.missducky.co.cc as my domain name, just in case i choose to move to wordpress or whatever, so that my friends dont need to relink me. will need to redirect this url to missducky.co.cc when that happens, but next time if i really choose to move.
anw, hv successfully installed office 07 in wine. after quite some time of figuring out why my powerpoint keeps crashing upon start up, etc. also had to upgrade wine to the latest version in order that it could be installed. sometimes things are not as straightfoward as i thought they would be.
unfortunately i still have to forgo windows live msger, live writer, and cs3, all which i need for my website creations. the ratings for those in wine are not good, hence i'll just spare myself of the trouble installing them.
