what de!! i just figured out that maybe my never-dying pimples and KILLER cramps every month may be due to... GENES.
my mum had cramps that were killer too until she gave birth. (i need to faster give birth.. ROFL.. IM KIDDING.. XD hahaha. ) my dad tried everything but his pimples only stopped when he was in his 20s. so.. jackpot for me sia. im a melting pot of bad genes. AHH!!!
i hate cramps... they're gonna come soon. *cry* whenever i get cramps i feel like dying ok. the pain is so bad that id rather die on the spot than continue feeling them for the next 12 hours. and yes. THEY LAST FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS. if you guys dont know how it feels, lets exchange one period day and you can try it out. XD now i just need to find enough guys to exchange my period days with for the rest of my life and i wont need to feel cramps anymore. muahaha.
